Yue is owned and operated by chef Danny, who has over 15 years of experience in Cantonese regional cuisines.

He has paired with manager Yan, who is very knowledgeable about a wide range of wines, and is always available to assist and answer any questions customers may have in regard to menu choices.

“Our guests, feel special and respected, we provide an exceptional dining experience without breaking the budget,” Danny said.

“We set high standards of service and cook with only premium quality ingredients.Our dishes are traditional Cantonese cuisine such as, steamed local barramundi with black bean sauce and string bean with shredded duck and Chinese mushroom.”

The team provides sincere customer service and can cater for customers with all food preferences, allergies and dietary restrictions.

Must try dishes include the freshly home-made roast duck, the chef’s signature shallot pancakes, spicy salt and pepper soft shell crab, slow braised pork belly and duck with mustard leaf hotpot.

The restaurant also offer $9.90 lunch special for all noodles and rice dishes on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

The restaurant is open for lunch from 12pm to 2.30pm and for dinner from 5pm to 9pm on Monday to Sunday and open until 10pm on Fridays and Saturdays. Yue is closed on Tuesdays.To find out more visit visit the Facebook page.
